Every woman wants a flawless skin and beautiful hair. We all woman want look good not just to attract other people’s attention but to look good and feel good about ourselves. We women are beautiful creatures and hence we are always looking out for ways to enhance our beauty. For gorgeous thick hair

Add some curry leaves into your hair oil and heat it for some time. Then apply the remaining residue.Massage it to your scalp in circular motions. Leave the oil for at least half an hour before washing it off.

For a flawless skin

Apply some homemade face packs once a week for an instant glow and clean skin. You can make a face pack out of turmeric and chickpea powder by mixing them in milk. Apply it on your face and leave it for 25 minutes. Make sure that you don’t touch the face pack till then. You can lie down for that while and even apply cucumber slices on your eyes. Then wash it off with cold water.

For a healthy skin

Try doing meditation if you want a healthy skin. Stress is the major reason behind all the skin related problems and hairfall. Meditation would help release your stress and calm you down. Meditation is an effective technique which will not only ensure healthy skin and hair but will also be solution to various health related problems.

Eat to glow

What you put inside reflects on the outside. So quit junk food in order to have a gorgeous skin. For a glowing skin you need to start eating foods which are rich in vitamin c and vitamin e. Try eating more of fresh fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables, salmon, etc. For healthy hair try including more of nuts (cashews, almonds, etc) in your daily diet.

Sleep well

Sleep is very necessary for having a beautiful skin. You definitely don’t want any ugly eye bags underneath. So in order to look fresh everyday make sure that you get at least eight hours of sleep every night.

Drink plenty of water

To keep your skin hydrated you must drink plenty of water. Water will ensure that you blood circulation goes well and keep all the skin and hair related problems at bay. Drink about 2. 5 litres of water every day.

Rub em’ to your skin

Rub fruit skins to your face and body. Watermelon skin would be really helpful in cooling your skin down. You can also rub oranges, tomato and aloe vera pulp on to your skin. It would clean your pores and would give you an instant glow.

Moisturise your skin

Your skin cannot be healthy if you do not moisturise it regularly. After taking a shower you must immediately moisturise your skin with a good moisturising cream so that it does not remain dry and dull.
